Retail Wireless Associate

The Retail Wireless Associate plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Working as part of a large team, this role involves daily collaboration and communication, including travel between multiple store locations. Associates report directly to the Store Manager and support sales through product demonstrations, order processing, and handling transactions. Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts is essential in meeting customer needs and store goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrate wireless products and features to customers
• Process orders and manage inventory as required
• Collaborate with a large team of associates to meet store targets
• Travel daily between store locations to support operations
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in retail sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and sales techniques
• Knowledge of wireless products and POS systems
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment
