Retail Associate

We’re not looking for someone to simply ring up customers. We’re looking for someone who enjoys learning, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants to become part of a small team that genuinely depends on one another.

Our store is family owned, and our employees tend to stay for years—not months. Because our business is much more complex than most retail jobs, training takes time. We invest heavily in teaching our team, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us rather than just collect a paycheck.

What You’ll Do:

• Help customers choose the best shipping options
• Pack valuable and fragile items professionally
• Process domestic and international shipments
• Print, copy, fax and complete office service orders
• Learn our shipping, mailbox and business services
• Keep the store organized and running smoothly
• Work closely with a supportive team
• Every day is different

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Friendly without being fake
• Dependable—we should never wonder if you’re showing up
• Curious and eager to learn
• Comfortable using computers and technology
• Calm under pressure
• Able to multitask while staying accurate
• Willing to ask questions rather than guess
• Looking for a long-term part-time position

Retail or customer service experience is highly preferable. We can teach skills. We can’t teach attitude.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk throughout your shift
• Lift up to 50–75 pounds with assistance when needed
• Bend, reach and move packages throughout the day

Pay & Benefits:

• $14–16/hour based on experience
• Raises as you master new skills
• Paid training
• Flexible scheduling
• Closed by 4:00 PM on weekends
• Small team with supportive management
• Weekend availability is required.
