Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day club operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment
- Lead, coach, and schedule a team of staff to deliver outstanding member service
- Drive membership sales, retention strategies, and revenue growth initiatives
- Monitor and manage club budgets, expenses, and financial performance
- Maintain facility cleanliness, safety standards, and equipment upkeep
- Resolve member concerns and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Plan and promote club events, programs, and community engagement activities
Requirements:
- 2+ years of management experience, preferably in a club, fitness, hospitality, or retail setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or membership growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze basic financial reports
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed
