CDL A - WINCH & VAC Drivers - OILFIELD

MIAMI ENERGY SERVICES is seeking experienced and dependable CDL A drivers with expertise in operating Winch Trucks or Vac Trucks for oilfield service jobs, specifically within the Eagleford Shale region. Candidates must demonstrate strong directional skills, manual transmission experience, and a commitment to safety and compliance. This role involves independent and team-based work, with variable routes tailored to job site demands, and includes ongoing training and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Operate Winch Trucks and Vac Trucks safely and efficiently in oilfield environments
• Navigate variable routes across the Eagleford Shale oilfield
• Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance
• Ensure strict adherence to DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Handle loads with care and maintain accurate operational records
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Utilize Electronic Logging Device (ELD) for record keeping
• Participate in regular safety briefings and on-the-job training

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years commercial driving experience with no automatic transmission restrictions
• Valid CDL A license with manual transmission proficiency
• Proven experience operating Winch Trucks and Vac Trucks in oilfield settings
• Strong knowledge of Eagleford Shale geography and oilfield safety protocols
• Demonstrated ability to comply with DOT regulations and pass background checks
• Excellent time management, directional skills, and dependability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working independently as well as part of a team
• Familiarity with performance reviews and continuous improvement practices
