Customer Service & Office Administrative
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service & Office Administrative Rep to join our team! This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, providing customer service and assisting our marketing team with creative content initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during the heating season.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with billing questions, delivery inquiries and general account support
- Answer incoming calls promptly & professionally
- Support customer retention efforts
- Accurately enter customer information, delivery notes, service updates & acct changes into our internal system
- Support daily office tasks
- Assist with preparing customer statements, service contracts and seasonal program notices
- Work closely with the marketing team to gather content for social media - including photo and videos
- Coordinate with office staff, drivers and service techs to capture authentic on-brand content for promotional use
- Assist in organizing seasonal campaigns, community outreach and customer engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Prior office or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Interest or familiarity with social media content creation is a plus
