Bartender

The bartender plays a vital role within a large team, delivering exceptional service through expert drink preparation and customer care. Reporting directly to the Bar Manager and Shift Supervisor, this position balances efficient bar operations and compliance during mixed daytime and evening shifts, including occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks accurately and efficiently
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Handle cash transactions and manage payments responsibly
• Manage inventory and replenish stock as needed
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the bar area
• Take orders and verify customer IDs to comply with legal requirements
• Set up the bar for service and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of bartending experience
• Alcohol Server Certification
• Knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in cash handling and team collaboration
• Attention to detail in both service and compliance
