Associate Material Handler

We are seeking reliable and hard-working Material Handlers to join our team in Lynwood, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting production line operations, handling materials, palletizing, and operating facility machinery. Training will be provided for machine operation.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $16.90 – $19.00 / hour (Depends on shift & experience)

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Material & Inventory Handling: Safely move, store, and organize raw materials and finished goods.
• Palletizing & Packaging: Stack, bundle, wrap, and secure products on pallets for transport or storage.
• Production Line Support: Work efficiently along the production line to assist with assembly, loading, and unloading.
• Equipment & Machinery Operation: Safely operate assigned machinery and equipment following proper procedures (full training provided).
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety regulations, team leadership directions, and standard operating procedures.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products and materials meet quality standards before moving to the next stage.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
• Safety Gear: Slip-resistant shoes / non-slip footwear required on day one.
• Language Skill: Basic/conversational English required (broken English is acceptable; must be able to follow basic verbal and written workplace instructions).
• Onboarding: Must complete mandatory safety orientation and pass standard documentation verification.
• Punctuality & Attitude: Strong attendance record, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
