Client Care Coordinator Support | Full-Time | Plainfield, CT
Monday–Friday, 8AM–4PM
We're looking for a reliable, people-oriented team member to support our Client Care Coordinators in keeping home care services running smoothly. In this role, you'll be the connection between our clients and caregivers — making calls, filling open shifts, and making sure everyone has what they need.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Calling caregivers to fill open client shifts and update schedules in our system
- Communicating with elderly clients, family members, and case managers about their home care needs
- Supporting Client Care Coordinators across regions as needed
- Keeping records accurate and organized across multiple platforms
- Pitching in on special projects and customer service tasks as they come up
What We're Looking For:
- Strong phone and customer service skills — you're comfortable talking to all kinds of people
- Reliable, organized, and a solid team player
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
- Clean background check and reliable transportation required
- Relevant experience is a plus, but we provide full training
