Industrial Painter / Blaster

LPG Ventures is an ASME-certified pressure vessel fabrication shop serving the oil and gas industry. We build and repair propane and NH3 tanks, portable/skid tanks, and DOT cargo tank equipment.

What you'll do:

• Abrasive blast pressure vessels, skids, and components to spec prior to coating
• Apply primer and finish coatings per job specifications and customer requirements
• Maintain blast and paint equipment, manage media/coating inventory
• Follow shop safety protocols for respiratory protection, confined space, and hazardous materials handling

Requirements:

• Previous abrasive blasting experience (required)
• Previous industrial/commercial painting experience (required)
• Ability to read job specs and follow coating system requirements
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced fabrication environment with shifting priorities
• Must have a team mentality and be able to work alongside others well

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
• 10 guaranteed overtime hours every week — built into the regular schedule

Pay & Benefits:

• $26–$34/hour based on experience
