What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests with a smile and create a welcoming experience
• Guide vehicles onto the wash conveyor safely and efficiently
• Answer customer questions and promote wash memberships
• Assist with site cleanliness, upkeep, and daily operational tasks
• Support the team in maintaining wash quality and safety standards
• Monitor wash equipment and alert management to any issues
• Work as part of a fast-paced, high-performing team
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

Qualifications:

Required:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable with physical activity (standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs)
• Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Preferred:

• Prior customer service or retail experience
• Enthusiastic, positive, and willing to learn
• Interest in growing with the company and taking on more responsibility
