Warehouse Clerk

The Warehouse Clerk will support a small team by managing inventory control, shipping and receiving, and ensuring quality inspection and safety compliance. This role involves regular use of warehouse management software and occasional travel to satellite warehouses. The position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and offers opportunities for growth into supervisory and logistics roles within this veteran-owned and operated company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory control using warehouse management software
• Manage shipping and receiving processes efficiently
• Perform data entry and maintain documentation for all warehouse activities
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure safety compliance
• Support warehouse operations as part of a small team (1-5 members)
• Occasionally travel to satellite warehouses as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in warehouse operations
• Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Proficiency in inventory management, shipping and receiving, and data entry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective time management abilities
• Basic computer skills and good communication
