We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our surplus lines commercial insurance office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is highly organized, and delivers excellent customer service. This is a non-sales position with no production quotas.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• Strong with numbers and accuracy
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel needed)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with surplus lines policy renewals
• Provide timely, accurate service to agents and clients
• Support underwriting and account management teams
• Maintain organized and accurate policy and client files
• Communicate with carriers, agents, and internal departments
