Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 base + performance bonus + benefits

Our client is a vertically integrated real estate development, construction, and hospitality company headquartered in Fort Lauderdale.
They develop and build residential communities throughout Florida and self-perform their construction, which gives them direct control over quality, cost, and schedule. They also own a fast growing hospitality brand with multiple locations across South Florida and new markets opening.
They are entrepreneurial, fast moving, and highly focused on execution. Their team believes in accountability, reliability, and doing what they say they will do.

Position Overview
Our client is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their two Managing Partners.
You will create leverage for them by owning their calendars, coordinating priorities, driving follow through, and handling the details that allow them to stay focused on leading the business. This position goes well beyond traditional administrative support. Our client is looking for someone who has done this work before, knows what good looks like, and brings structure with them rather than waiting to be handed it.
Responsibilities
Executive Support
Own and manage complex, frequently shifting calendars for both Managing Partners
Coordinate meetings, travel, and detailed itineraries
Prepare agendas, briefing notes, and supporting materials ahead of meetings
Track action items and follow up until they are closed
Organize email, documents, and communications
Draft correspondence and presentations
Serve as a thoughtful gatekeeper for time and priorities
Project Coordination
Support special projects across real estate, construction, and hospitality
Coordinate with internal teams to keep deadlines on track
Gather information and prepare concise reports for executive review
Maintain visibility into key initiatives and deliverables
Follow up with vendors, consultants, and business partners
Personal Assistance
Coordinate personal travel arrangements and appointments
Handle occasional items that create time and efficiency for the Managing Partners
Office Support
Support office operations and day-to-day administrative needs
Coordinate visitors and meetings
Help maintain an organized, professional office environment
Qualifications
5+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting executives, business owners, or senior leadership
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, written and verbal
Written communication that is short and structured
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
High level of discretion with sensitive business and personal information
Proven ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Available full time, in office, in Fort Lauderdale
