About the Role:
THERAP-EASE INC is looking for a reliable and compassionate Delivery Driver to join our team in Plymouth, MA! In this role, you'll play a vital part in improving patients' lives by ensuring essential medical equipment is delivered safely and on time. Responsibilities:
  • Safely load, transport, and deliver medical equipment to patients' homes, clinics, and healthcare facilities
  • Set up and demonstrate proper use of delivered medical equipment to patients and caregivers
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, manifests, and patient documentation
  • Pick up and process returned or exchanged medical equipment
  • Communicate professionally with patients, families, and healthcare staff
  • Follow all HIPAA guidelines and company protocols for patient privacy and safety
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Prior delivery, logistics, or medical equipment experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. and handle large medical equipment
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
  • Ability to navigate routes efficiently using GPS and mapping tools
  • Compassionate and professional demeanor when interacting with patients
