Marine/Boat Sales Professional

FX Marine Center is a dynamic, growing marine sales and service center in Ocala, Florida, seeking an experienced, motivated Marine / Boat Sales Professional to join our team.

We are looking for a strong closer who knows how to take a customer from the initial conversation all the way through financing and final delivery. This is a sales position for someone who is comfortable building relationships, following up with leads, negotiating deals, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale.

IMPORTANT SCHEDULE REQUIREMENT: Saturday work is mandatory for this position. Saturdays are a key sales day for our business, and applicants must be available and willing to work every scheduled Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting boats and marine products that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Manage customers from initial inquiry through closing, financing, and final delivery
• Consistently follow up with internet, phone, and walk-in leads
• Build value and confidently present pricing, financing options, warranties, and additional products
• Structure deals and work effectively through the financing process
• Negotiate confidently, overcome objections, and close sales
• Maintain strong customer relationships before, during, and after the sale
• Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, boat models, features, and marine products
• Work closely with management, finance, and service departments to provide an excellent customer experience
• Maintain accurate and timely communication with prospective and existing customers

Qualifications

• Proven sales and closing ability is required
• Finance/F&I experience is preferred
• Marine, boat, powersports, RV, or automotive sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn and succeed
• Comfortable with persistent lead follow-up and asking for the sale
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Saturday availability is required — Saturday work is a mandatory part of this position
