Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team! As a Cleaner, you will attend to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Your goal is to create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our properties, ensuring tenants and guests will want to return again and again. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various cleaning activities, including sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
- Sanitize gym equipment
- Monitor, clean, and disinfect bathrooms
- Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary
- Empty trash receptacles
- Deep clean apartments/homes when tenants move out and prepare them for the new family
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a janitor, housekeeper, or cleaner preferred
- Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Friendly, customer-oriented personality
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
- Able to work quickly without compromising quality
- Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods
- Passion for health & fitness
