Job Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented Inventory / Returns Clerks to join our team in Olive Branch, MS. In this role, you will be responsible for processing returned products, including shipping, receiving, and inspection. This position plays a key role in maintaining quality standards, particularly with medical devices and instruments.

Key Responsibilities

• Process returned items through shipping and receiving procedures
• Perform visual inspections of medical devices and instruments
• Identify defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Handle sterile and non-sterile packaging associated with returns
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation
• Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking and reporting
• Follow all safety and compliance procedures

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• 20/20 vision (corrected or uncorrected) required
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and reliability
• Minimum 6 months of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or operations
• Experience with warehouse management systems preferred
