NY Poke Holdings LLC is looking for an energetic and passionate Crew Member to join our team in New York, NY! Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, welcoming manner throughout the ordering process
- Prepare fresh poke bowls and menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
- Handle food safely and maintain proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Operate POS systems to process customer orders and payments accurately
- Keep the dining area, prep stations, and kitchen clean and organized
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume food service environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
