Project Manager

Limitless Premier Group is looking for an experienced, reliable, and highly organized Project Manager to help oversee our Las Vegas market.

We specialize in Single-Family Rental (SFR) turns, renovations, maintenance, and rehab projects, and we need someone who can take ownership of jobs from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience managing construction, turns, rehabs, or property maintenance
• Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors
• Schedule jobs and keep projects moving on time
• Perform quality control and final walkthroughs
• Communicate daily with our operations team
• Track materials, job progress, and completion photos
• Solve problems in the field without needing constant direction
• Must be organized, responsive, and dependable
• Reliable transportation required

This is NOT just a field position. We need someone who can lead crews, hold vendors accountable, communicate, and OWN the Tennessee market.
