Position Overview
A premier commercial real estate organization is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tenant Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a high-quality life science real estate portfolio in Bothell, WA.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in commercial real estate, property management, or asset services. The Tenant Coordinator will gain hands-on exposure to property operations while working alongside professionals across property management, leasing, development, accounting, legal, construction, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants and provide exceptional customer service for day-to-day property needs.
- Support overall property management and building operations, helping ensure properties operate efficiently and tenants receive a high level of service.
- Coordinate and track tenant requests, issues, and follow-up items through resolution.
- Support property improvement projects and building renovations, coordinating activities to minimize disruption to tenants.
- Coordinate onsite construction activities, including tenant access, scheduling updates, noisy-work notifications, and project communications.
- Process invoice coding and assist with accounts receivable and collections.
- Assist with the preparation and management of annual operating budgets.
- Organize recurring tenant meetings, prepare materials, track action items, and follow up on outstanding requests.
- Participate in site operations meetings with engineering, maintenance, janitorial, and security teams.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to maintain high standards for building services.
- Assist with planning and coordinating tenant appreciation events and community engagement activities.
- Prepare and distribute professional communications to tenants, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in the competitive bidding process for vendor selection.
- Prepare and maintain service contracts and purchase orders.
- Conduct regular inspections of tenant spaces and common areas to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and track tenant and vendor Certificates of Insurance (COIs), including coverage requirements, expiration dates, and additional insured provisions.
- Assist with special projects and other assignments supporting the Property Management and Asset Services teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Internship or professional experience in property management, commercial real estate, hospitality, facilities management, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interest in developing a career in commercial real estate or property management.
- Experience with billing systems, budgeting, accounting, or facilities/property management software is preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to develop positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This position is particularly well suited for someone with 0–3 years of professional experience who wants to establish a long-term career in commercial real estate.
Strong candidates may come from backgrounds such as property management or real estate internships, facilities or building operations, hospitality, tenant or resident services, administrative coordination, customer service, or construction/project coordination.
Direct commercial real estate experience is beneficial but not required. The most important qualities are professionalism, organization, communication skills, customer service, and a genuine interest in learning property operations.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected base compensation range is $33.66–$36.06 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on experience, education, qualifications, skills, and other relevant factors.
