Job Summary
Supervises and coordinates the activities of clerical and administrative personnel. The candidate will work in an environment supporting research and analytic projects across data sources, platforms, and tools to extract strong analytic conclusions. The candidate will coordinate with the client on requirements and progress throughout the assessment, which will allow new information to be addressed as required. Throughout the analytic process, the candidate will identify and gather relevant data, and assess the information using known analytical tools to determine patterns, trends, and recommendations for the next steps. The analyst shall brief the results and provide guidance and training as needed on the techniques used to reach the conclusions.
General Accountabilities
- Spearhead our strategy and digital footprint across social media platforms, email campaigns, and our website, ensuring compelling content and consistent updates.
- Provide strategic oversight and quality control for ALCC accounts on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Mature and expand our communities of current and former employee social media advocates.
- Audit existing executive social media platforms and develop recommendations for key leaders for building and maintain impactful profiles; coordinate with Executive Communications colleagues on content, planning, and execution
- Facilitate the planning of ALCC expansion onto new social networks
- Maintain policies and guidelines for the company-wide use of social media
- Create strategies to promote the ALCC brand, company events, industry insights content, and executive activities.
- Coordinates office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Supervises administrative personnel and delegates responsibilities.
- Maintains the inventory of office supplies and places orders when necessary.
- Manages agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for management.
- Produces timely reports and prepares presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Medical Office Manager:
- Oversee Administrative activities including medical records (EMR), data entry, copying, and misc admin jobs.
- Develop and ensure compliance with Policy and Procedure manual.
- Document adequate training of all department employees.
- Identify the staffing needs of the administrative department; assist the staff in developing new skills and enhancing current job skills to improve performance and maintain professional expertise.
- Identify, plan, and prioritize long-term objectives. Evaluate and recommend to management on a timely basis the human, physical, and financial resources needed to achieve these objectives and provide cost-benefit justification for these resource allocations.
- Resolve patient and staff complaints.
- Oversee computer programs, in coordination with IT Director.
- Update the on-call schedule for the following week.
- Update Doctors’ schedules for the following week.
- Become a super-user of practice management and EMR systems.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Five or more year's experience in a group medical practice in a similar capacity.
- Experience onboarding new employees.
- Excellent computer skills. Ability to effectively work with software and hardware used in the practice and demonstrated ability to work with Greenway/Intergy, EHR, and billing modules.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience as a marketing manager (or similar), preferably in a leadership role.
- Alternatively, exceptional individuals with 4+ years of distinguished marketing experience in a professional, high-performing, and structured marketing department, ready to step into a Marketing Manager role, are encouraged to apply. You must have the ability to work autonomously and bring your outside marketing expertise to our organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
- Experience managing personnel is preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional writing (content/copy) skills with a proven ability to proofread and edit with precision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

- Proven track record building brands via Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
