Reputable company seeks to hire an experienced Bilingual Maintenance Manager to add to their team.
- Qualified candidate must have experience working on heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, cranes, etc.
- Looking for a motivated, self-starter to lead a small team of mechanics in repairing heavy equipment.
- Must have experience working & negotiating with vendors, ordering parts, inventory management.
- Will train mechanics as needed, coach & mentor. Assign work orders, check on status/completion accuracy.
- Ensure all safety rules & regulations are adhered to.
- Implement preventative maintenance schedule, conduct repairs, respond to breakdowns timely to ensure equipment efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of work orders, parts, inventory, update system.
This is a hands-on Maintenance Manager position. Bilingual in English & Spanish. Relocation assistance provided.
