The Landscape Crew Member / Laborer will contribute to the beautification and maintenance of outdoor spaces by performing a variety of physical landscaping tasks. Working within small to medium-sized teams, this role supports efficient project completion while adhering to safety standards under the guidance of a Crew Leader.
Responsibilities
- Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers following design plans
- Prepare land including grading and soil conditioning
- Apply mulch and maintain clean, attractive beds
- Install and manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering
- Remove weeds and maintain lawn areas
- Operate and handle landscaping equipment safely
- Keep worksites clean and organized
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in landscaping
