The Medical Transport Dispatcher plays a critical role in coordinating timely and efficient transport services within a small dispatch team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role ensures seamless communication between drivers, medical staff, and patients while maintaining compliance and accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign transport requests efficiently
• Coordinate dispatch operations within a small team (1-5 members)
• Maintain clear communication with drivers, medical personnel, and customers
• Plan optimal routes to ensure timely transport
• Keep detailed and accurate transport records
• Track vehicle locations and statuses in real-time
• Interact professionally with customers to address concerns and provide information
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Prepare and submit reports on transport activities and performance
