Boulevard Theatres is looking for energetic, reliable, and service-minded individuals to join our Kitchen Team. Our Kitchen Team Members are responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality food with speed and care while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items following approved recipes, portions, and presentation standards.
• Deliver excellent guest service by ensuring accuracy, quality, and speed of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including prep stations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, including proper rotation (FIFO) and stock levels.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support the Front of House team to ensure smooth operations before, during, and after showtimes.
• Participate in ongoing training and development, including food safety certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous kitchen, food service, or restaurant experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic math skills for portioning and recipe measurements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Regularly lift up to 50–60 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to respond to visual and audible cues
• Read, write, speak and understand English
• Ability to work around hot items
