About the Role:
Community Home Care Services LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Home Care Administrator to lead our operations in Greenville, SC. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and caregivers while driving the success of a compassionate home care organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the home care agency in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Manage and supervise clinical and non-clinical staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with South Carolina DHEC licensing requirements and home care industry standards
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare partners, and community organizations
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, and agency growth metrics
- Coordinate patient intake, care planning, and service delivery to ensure high-quality client outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or a related field preferred AND/OR 3+ years of home care office management
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in home care, home health, or a related healthcare management role
- Knowledge of South Carolina home care licensing and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with staff management, scheduling, and caregiver coordination
- Proficiency in home care software and electronic health record (EHR) systems
