Front Desk Receptionist – Personal Injury Law Firm (Bilingual English/Spanish Required)

We are a fast-paced, rapidly growing personal injury law firm seeking a professional, reliable, and personable Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Shifts vary: 8:00–5:00, 8:30–5:30, or 9:00–6:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, potential clients, medical providers, vendors, and visitors

• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish

• Offer beverages and direct guests to appropriate conference rooms

• Sort and process incoming mail (including through AI tools)

• Clean and stock kitchens and coffee bars throughout the office

• Tidy and reset conference rooms after meetings

• Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed

Requirements:

• Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (required)

• Must be punctual, dependable, and professional

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage a variety of responsibilities

• Prior front desk or administrative experience preferred
