Dental Hygienist – Part-Time (Rapid Potential to Full-Time Growth)

We’re a modern dental practice in East Brunswick, NJ, dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Our team is known for being courteous, professional, outgoing and caring — and we’re looking for a part-time Dental Hygienist who shares that same commitment.
This role begins at one day per week (flexible — Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate.
Full time position would offer paid time off and prestigious retirement plan.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and periodontal assessments
- Take digital dental X-rays and use intraoral camera/scanner.
- Document pertinent findings.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Document findings accurately in patient charts.
• Work collaboratively with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
Qualifications
• Active NJ Dental Hygiene license (or eligible)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a patient-first mindset
• Prior experience preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply
Schedule
• Part-time to start (1 day/week — Mon, Tue, or Thu); flexible based on candidate availability
• Potential to transition to full-time
