Savage Landscaping & Irrigation is hiring an experienced Landscape Crew Member to join our growing commercial landscaping team. We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and experienced who can step into a professional crew and confidently handle day-to-day landscape maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional landscaping or lawn maintenance experience REQUIRED
• Experience with commercial zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, edgers, blowers, and other landscape equipment
• Knowledge of proper mowing, edging, trimming, and landscape maintenance practices
• Reliable and punctual — consistent attendance is a must
• Able to work efficiently as part of a crew and follow direction
• Able to work outdoors in Texas weather
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work
• Reliable transportation to designated meeting/work locations
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Irrigation, landscape installation, sod, plant, rock, or mulch installation experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Commercial lawn and landscape maintenance
• Mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing
• Shrub trimming and landscape bed maintenance
• Weed removal and property cleanup
• Sod, plants, mulch, and rock installation
• Assist with landscape and irrigation projects as needed
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Properly operate and care for company equipment
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance at customer properties

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

No regularly scheduled Saturdays.

Hours may vary depending on weather, season, and job-site requirements.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay based on experience and skill level.
