Senior Property Accountant

On-site

Join a well-established commercial real estate owner/developer seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountant to oversee the day-to-day accounting for a diverse portfolio of properties.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the full-cycle general ledger and month-end close
  • Perform bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations
  • Prepare journal entries, workpapers, and financial reporting
  • Handle CAM reconciliations, tenant accounting, and security deposits
  • Support fund/partnership accounting, investor reporting, and year-end tax preparation
  • Maintain fixed assets, depreciation, and lease accounting

What We're Looking For:

  • CPA preferred
  • 3+ years of real estate/property accounting experience
  • Experience with multiple entities, fund accounting, and month-end close
  • Strong GL, reconciliations, and financial reporting skills
