DSP Direct support professional

Direct Support Professional -DSP for Community based Day Program that provides work opportunities to adults with intellectual disabilities.

8:30-2:30pm M-F

Job duties include- providing support and supervision in a 1 staff to 3 consumer ratio. Provide Job training for Landscaping on equipment: lawn mower, blower, headgear. Oversea a crew on job site.

Landscaping experience is a plus but not mandatory, Job training will be provided.

Must be 18 Years or older, Have a current CA Drivers license and clean driving record. Need to pass fingerprint clearance and background check.

Looking for a person who is flexible, Outgoing, Patient, compassionate and emphatic. works well in supervisorial role and under pressure.
