A leader in dental implant technologies is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Returns & Complaint Representative to their dynamic team. This is an 8-week temporary assignment
Responsibilities:
- Opening returned product
- Logging received dates on each printed Return Authorization
- Bagging product by part and lot #
- Noting any discrepancies on each RA in the computer
- Marrying up warrantied items with the complaint records and filing it in the appropriate date for processing
Requirements:
- Basic to moderate computer skills
- Previous clerical experience in a general office environment
- Customer focused attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment and not afraid to ask questions
Pay is $18.00 per hour and is an 8-week temporary assignement. The hours are 8-5 Monday-Friday onsite.
