Installer - Structural/Crawlspace
Job Description
We are seeking a Structural Installer to perform structural repairs in commercial and residential crawl spaces. This role is hands-on and physically demanding and is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in tight, dirty, and confined spaces. Technicians must be prepared for a high likelihood of encountering insects and wildlife during repairs.
Must Have:
- Valid Drivers License and Reliable Transportation
- Ability to work in small spaces- confined, dirty, and sometimes hazardous
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials +50lbs
- Strong work ethic and good attendance
What you will do:
- Perform structural repairs and reinforcements in crawl spaces
- Install support beans and joists using hand tools and power tools
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate with team members and supervisors
This is a hard-working, hands-on construction role - not a desk job. You'll be in crawlspaces, on job sites, and doing real structural repair and installation work. If you've used a measuring tape, saw, drill, level, or power tools, and you'd rather build something than sit in front of a screen -- we want you!
