Our Kids Place provides childcare for members while they enjoy their workout, allowing parents peace of mind knowing their children are in a safe and welcoming environment. If you're passionate about working with kids and thrive in a positive, fast-paced atmosphere, we'd love to hear from you!


A Family-Friendly Workplace


One of the biggest perks of this position is that eligible team members are welcome to bring their own child with them while they work, provided their child falls within our Kids Place age guidelines and space is available. It's a unique benefit that allows parents to earn an income while knowing their child is nearby in a safe, fun, and caring environment.


Available Shifts


Our Kids Place is open during the following hours:

  • Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM


Flexible part-time schedules are available. Applicants should be available to work one or more of the shifts listed above, including occasional Saturdays.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise children ages 18 months to 12 years in our Kids Place area.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
  • Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities, including games, arts and crafts, storytelling, and active play.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming childcare environment.
  • Sanitize toys and equipment regularly.
  • Vacuum and mop the Kids Place area.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the children's restroom.
  • Monitor children's behavior and resolve conflicts in a calm, positive, and professional manner.
  • Communicate with parents regarding their child's experience when necessary.
  • Provide basic first aid if needed (training/certification preferred but not required).
  • Follow all company safety and childcare policies.


Qualifications

  • Experience in babysitting, daycare, preschool, nannying, camp counseling, or other childcare settings preferred.
  • Comfortable caring for children ranging from 18 months to 12 years old.
  • Friendly, energetic, patient, and dependable.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • First Aid and CPR certification are a plus but not required.
  • Experience working with children with special needs is a plus.
