Customer Services Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to clients, managing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in computer applications, and have a strong ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Multilingual abilities and previous call center experience are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, online chat, or in person.
• Provide information about the products and services.
• Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns, forward to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
• Research and or create orders for products ordered.
• Maintain customer accounts and customer records based on interactions.
• Complete customer returns within the vendor/company guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
• Excellent communication skills to include active listening.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and resolve customer grievances.
• Logical problem-solving skills to handle correcting delivery issues, product shortages, incorrect items, and/or pricing concerns.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15lbs at times.
