Legal Billing Specialist

75,000 - 90,000

As the Billing Specialist professional you will handle the entire legal billing process for multiple attorneys across several offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and reviewing billing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain the A/R ledger
  • Coordinating with attorneys and clients to resolve billing/collection discrepancies or disputes
  • Tracking and managing budgets for legal projects

Qualifications:

  • Current / prior legal environment billing experience is preferred.
  • Elite, 3E, Aderant or similar legal billing software experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
