Medical Assistant/Front Administrative Staff

We’re seeking a Medical Assistant / Front Administrative Staff member who will play a key role in supporting both patients and providers. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and develop essential skills in a dynamic medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Support healthcare providers during exams and procedures
• Accurately record patient history, vital signs, and other medical information
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked exam rooms
• Manage appointment scheduling and electronic medical records (EMR)
• Perform general front desk and administrative duties
• Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with privacy standards
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in healthcare and patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, compassionate, and patient-focused
• Basic computer skills (EMR experience is a plus)

Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 5 days per week (final schedule to be discussed during the interview)
