Over Night Security/ Night Porter

The position of Night Porter/Security will include overnight scheduled shifts from 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing airport pick ups and drop offs using the hotel’s shuttle
• Valet services: park and retrieve guest vehicles
• Delivering room service and prepared food orders to guest rooms
• Deliver newspapers to each in-house guest
• General cleaning of the exterior and interior of the building
• Perform multiple building and property walks, taking note of any trash, room service trays, or maintenance issues that need to be taken care of
• Walk the lobby area; ensuring that the building looks presentable for guests, vacuuming carpet if necessary, picking up any trash or old newspapers
• Preparation of the coffee and tea station in the lobby for guests to be ready by 4:00 AM

All other duties as assigned by Hotel Manager, Front Office Manager, or Manager on Duty

Requirements for position include:

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
• Ability to be alert during the night hours
