Position Overview of Behavior Technician
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Behavioral Therapist/Technician to join our growing team. This role supports individualized treatment programs, provides mentorship to junior staff, and ensures high-quality care for our clients.
Responsibilities of Behavior Technician
Implement individualized behavior and skill development programs
Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress
Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and team members
Maintain professionalism and uphold Cubik Minds’ commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs
Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
Reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about helping others grow
RBT certification preferred (not required)
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Requirement and Qualifications for Scheduling Coordinator:
- High school degree or equivalent (required);
- Scheduling experience;
- Customer service experience;
- Administrative experience;
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills;
- Creative mindset with the ability to follow up;
- Must demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills;
- Time management skills and ability to work within tight deadlines;
- Ability to perform a broad variety of tasks, each requiring a different skill set;
- Detail-oriented mindset;
- Accountability and ownership of your work;
- Problem solving skills, ingenuity and ability to follow directions precisely;
- Ability to take initiative without waiting to be prompted;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Ability to learn and take on new responsibilities over time;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and the vast majority of the Google suite of tools (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, Mail, Calendar, Voice, Meets and Search), experience using NPAWorks a plus;
- Language fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
