The Industrial Painter is responsible for preparing and painting industrial equipment and surfaces with precision and safety in mind. This role involves working closely with the shop team and ensuring all painting tasks meet quality and safety standards under the guidance of the Shop Manager.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking
- Apply spray paint evenly and accurately to various industrial materials
- Follow all safety regulations and use protective equipment
- Match paint colors according to specifications
- Clean up work areas and maintain painting equipment
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment
