Janitorial Team Member

As a Janitorial Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within our facilities. Reporting to the Janitorial Supervisor, you will work collaboratively with team members across various shifts to ensure all areas are sanitized, waste is properly removed, and equipment is operated safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the facility
• Remove waste and dispose of it according to regulations
• Operate a combination of cleaning equipment proficiently
• Adhere to safety protocols and compliance standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the Janitorial Supervisor

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in janitorial services
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
• Proficiency in operating cleaning equipment
• Strong time management and teamwork skills
• Effective communication abilities
• Attention to detail and physical stamina to perform duties
