Mechanical Assembly Supervisor's AM & PM

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Assembly Supervisor's to lead a team of more than 10 assembly workers in the manufacturing of power control rooms and custom assemblies within an industrial setting. This role requires overseeing assembly processes, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality while reporting to the Production Manager. Shift work and frequent overtime are expected in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of assembly workers producing power control rooms and custom assemblies
• Oversee production processes including assembly, maintenance, and repair tasks
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure product and part standards
• Prepare finished products for shipment in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Enforce safety protocols and proper use of tools and personal protective equipment
• Manage tool availability and usage for the team
• Provide training and development to team members to enhance skills and productivity

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related fields
• Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with metal work and assembly is highly preferred
• Experience with power control room (PCR) buildings is a plus
• Must have own tools and personal protective equipment (PPE)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly supervision
