Maintenance Worker Needed

We are seeking a dependable, skilled Property Maintenance Worker fluent in English and Spanish to perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across multiple properties. This role requires hands-on expertise, safety awareness, clear communication, and the ability to identify when specialized licensed work is necessary. The worker will be part of a small maintenance team and report directly to the Property Manager, traveling regularly between sites using their own reliable vehicle.

Electric and Plumbing Experience is a must

Responsibilities

• Perform basic plumbing repairs, including troubleshooting and fixing leaks
• Inspect and complete minor roof repairs
• Troubleshoot and maintain boilers, HVAC systems, furnaces, and hot-water tanks
• Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs
• Complete plastering, patching, painting, and flooring repairs or installations
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, maintaining safe and clean work areas
• Report major issues and coordinate with licensed contractors for specialized work
• Travel regularly to multiple property sites using a personal van or truck

Required Qualifications

• Practical experience in general property or building maintenance
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, roofing, heating and cooling systems, plastering, painting, and flooring
• Ability to diagnose common maintenance problems and perform repairs efficiently
• Proficient and safe use of hand and power tools
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Reliable personal van or truck for transportation and carrying tools/materials

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property maintenance
