Environmental Attorney
A well-established law firm is seeking an Environmental Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its growing practice.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of environmental matters, including litigation, regulatory compliance, permitting, and transactional work. The position also provides the opportunity to collaborate closely with attorneys in commercial real estate, land use, redevelopment, and litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex environmental law matters, including civil and administrative litigation
- Advise clients on environmental regulations, permitting, and compliance issues
- Support environmental aspects of real estate and business transactions
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to provide strategic legal solutions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of environmental law experience
- Experience with environmental litigation, regulatory matters, permitting, and transactional work
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Active New Jersey Bar admission in good standing
