Pay: $13.75/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Experience: No manufacturing experience required

As an Entry-Level Operator, you'll receive on-the-job training while learning how products are made in a professional manufacturing environment. Job Duties:

• Operate automatic and semi-automatic injection molding machines
• Inspect and trim parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform secondary operations such as gluing, cutting, stamping, and assembly
• Identify and report product or equipment issues to leads or technicians
• Follow packaging instructions and prepare finished products for shipment
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. to shoulder height
• Good vision and normal color perception
