About the Role
We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Laser Operators. No previous manufacturing or laser experience is required. We will provide on-the-job training to teach you everything you need to know.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn a new skill, gain hands-on experience, and build a long-term career in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate TRUMPF laser cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload sheet-metal material.
- Set up machines according to production requirements.
- Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and visual inspection.
- Read and follow basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
- Work closely with other operators, programmers, and manufacturing personnel.
Requirements
- No prior laser experience required
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (3-day weekends!)
Pay: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, based on experience
