Carpenter

We are currently hiring Carpenters with 3+ years of experience in a commercial or residential environment. Candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP as we have an immediate need in the Santa Barbara area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal framing materials according to blueprints and specifications.
• Construct walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components.
• Install windows, doors, and other framing-related elements.
• Read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Ensure work meets building codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other trades and team members on-site.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a framer or carpenter in commercial and residential settings
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Skilled in using hand and power tools
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• [Optional] OSHA certification or other relevant safety training

Compensation:

• Competitive starting pay $22 - $45/hr or depending on experience
