Duration: 03 Months+/ Contract
Note:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Seeking candidates who have curiosity, takes ownership, and is proactive.
· The primary purpose of the Maintenance Technician II is to ensure production and operations are running safely at the most efficient level achievable, producing the highest possible production quality.
· Servicing and repairing complex equipment.
· Complies with applicable regulations and the department’s Safety program.
Essential Functions:
· Performs troubleshooting and repair on electrical/electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic mechanical systems.
· Analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment.
· Read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, blueprints, service manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance.
· Check and inspect assigned equipment during preventative maintenance. Reports findings to management.
· Performs corrections on electrical issues through knowledge of drives and PLCs.
· Ensure machine productivity and quality after repairs, changeovers, and extended down time.
· Complete work orders and update maintenance tracking system.
· Respond quickly to issues or concerns that may put employees at risk for injury, to include rectifying immediate dangers.
· Communicate existing and potential issues with group leaders/maintenance manager.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
· Ability to read and use schematics, gauges, tools and instruments.
· Ability to use appropriate hand, power and specialty tools and diagnostic equipment to complete job tasks.
· Must have sound knowledge and experience in Industrial Maintenance environment with repair and troubleshooting machine issues and breakdowns along with general maintenance.
· Must have experience in welding with MIG and/or arc welder.
· Must have a good working knowledge in hydraulic, pneumatic, pumps, valves, cylinders, conveyors, etc.
· Forklifts and scissor lift driving experience is preferred.
Education:
· Minimum High School diploma or GED and mechanical apprenticeship and/or vocational school/technology certificate in mechanic.
Experience:
· Five (5) years of mechanical technical hands-on experience.
