Maintenance Worker
Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position involves general maintenance, construction, and repair work in outdoor and public areas.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair work
- Assist with street, sidewalk, and facility maintenance
- Operate trucks, power tools, and other equipment
- Assist with concrete, asphalt, and construction projects
- Maintain water lines, pipes, valves, drains, and related systems
- Install and maintain signs, barriers, and other safety equipment
- Help keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Perform other maintenance duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous construction, maintenance, or related labor experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Valid California Class C driver's license required
- Must be able to obtain a Class B license within 12 months
- Must be comfortable with physical work, including bending, climbing, and lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
