Care With Passion, LLC is hiring passionate, reliable CHHAs for Day Shifts and Live‐In assignments in Passaic, Essex, and Bergen County. We are a supportive, responsive agency committed to matching caregivers with safe, stable, and rewarding cases.

Positions Available

• Day Shifts: 4–12 hour cases

• Live‐In Assignments: Weekly or long‐term placements

• Flexible scheduling

• Local cases based on your availability and location

What We Offer

• Day Shifts: $18 - $21 per hour / Live-In $200 per day

Day Shift Responsibilities

• Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)

• Meal prep and light housekeeping

• Medication reminders

• Companionship and safety monitoring

• Mobility assistance

Live‐In Responsibilities

• Full‐day support with built‐in rest time

• Assistance with ADLs

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping

• Overnight presence (sleeping)

• Maintaining a safe, calm environment

Requirements

• Active NJ CHHA license

• Must Have Reliable transportation

• English Communication Skills

• Professional, caring attitude

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans

• For live‐in: ability to stay in the client’s home and maintain professionalism
